| Metallurgical casting overhead crane is one of the main production equipment in the smelting workshop. In the converter workshop, the crane is used to pour the molten iron from the blast furnace workshop into the mixed iron furnace and directly repair the molten iron in the mixed iron furnace or the molten iron delivered from the blast furnace workshop into the converter. In the converter or open hearth workshop, the crane continuously casts molten steel from the steelmaking furnace or uses it to cast steel ingots. The crane is equipped with independently driven main and auxiliary trolleys. The main trolley is provided with fixed-pitch gantry hooks for lifting steel drums. The auxiliary trolley can be used to tip steel drums or do other auxiliary lifting operations. The casting crane adopts a safe and reliable lifting mechanism, and can display the weight of the suspended object in the driver's cab and workshop. The machine uses closed deflection beams, so it has good vertical and horizontal rigidity. |
